     When there is stress, there is always thought.  If thought drops, stress disappears.  If all the energy going into thoughts is instead used to pay attention to what is happening NOW in this very moment (breathing, sitting, hearing, etc.), the thought will drop.  When thoughts drop, one sees clearly that life is living itself without effort, and there is no individual doer.  The thought and the thinker disappear simultaneously, along with all problems and stress . . . and there is INSTANT BLISS!
